I needed more action pages. With speedlines. Yup. I did.
So Dispel is something I was working on and the easiest to just be like BINGO make into action NOooooOOooow! It really makes no sense within the terms of Dispel. But as my work on Dispel is currently on hold, guess what, it doesn't matter and I have now typed a paragraph which will make no difference to the rest of the world whatsoever.
I was very sick in the various stages of this page, which makes drawing and inking much more entertaining I assure you.
Inked with multiliners and toned in Manga Studio Pro.
This looks extremely exciting and interesting. I think that action is put in second place after storyline with a lot of comicbook writers, but I always feel like there should be more action. I guess there's a balance to be maintained.
Thank you. I really wish I was better at action scenes, as it stands they can be too much of an after thought for me. I think you're right that there's a balance to find and I can have too much fun staging talking heads in interesting ways. I hope that I can eventually have as much fun with action.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.
